Being a tournament organizer can be hard work and we want to help you run the best possible event, cutting down on the stress it takes to organize an event and helping connect your with the larger global asoiafcc.com community.
On the Table Gaming, through asoiafcc.com, hopes to help you put on the best event possible, providing resources and tools to help lighten the load of running a tournament. After-all, whether you are running a small store event or a large convention championship tournament, as a TO you are playing a pivotal role in building up of the ASOIAF community.
Planning Your Event
There are a lot of things to consider before running your event, advertising, bracket tracking, prize support; but don’t worry, we’re here to help!
Is the tournament tracker completed?
Not yet! But we are working as fast as we can. Thanks for your patience, we’re excited to share the final product when it releases!
Can you post about my upcoming tournament?
At this time, we are not posting individual events on asoiafcc.com. However, there has been discussion of, once the tracker is done, posting monthly articles listing all the events taking place in the upcoming weeks.
Where are good places to post our upcoming tournment?
According to our data, a significant portion of traffic comes from Facebook. Make sure to post in the regional groups as well!
Are you associated with CMON'S Organized Play?
We are not associated with CMON’s organized play, but we what offering may serve as a way to supplement their programming.
How can I report my tournament?
When the tracker is completed you will need to use the tournament organizer portal to have access to the submission forms.
